| Abstract. The main objective of this work is to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the transportation infrastructure in the Karabakh Economic Zone. In the reconstruction of the transportation infrastructure of our liberated territories, the construction of roads holds special importance. In the article, the external opportunities and specific characteristics hindering it are explored, and a SWOT analysis is conducted. The impact of the "Victory Road" on the development of the Karabakh Economic Zone has been evaluated. The establishment of new roads envisaged in the "State Program I on the Return to the Liberated Territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan" is of great importance in strengthening transportation links with the main part of Azerbaijan. Based on empirical results, the authors propose conducting an economic analysis of the road-transport infrastructure through SWOT analysis. |
