About Conference
The East-West Transport Corridor is an integral part of the ancient Silk Road and an initiative that requires the development of new mechanisms for regional economic partnership. It stimulates the economic prosperity, cultural exchange and communication between of the member countries. Moreover, it serves as a tool to promote peace and create sustainable development.
Being an integral part of the “One Belt One Road” concept, the East-West Corridor is aimed at improving trade routes, transport and economic corridors and creating new trade routes. The East-West Corridor is also considered to be the shortest trade route that connects Europe and China.
The main goal of the 5th International Conference on Problems of Logistics, Management and Operation in the East-West Transport Corridor is to bring together researchers and relevant representatives from the public, private sector, universities and international organizations to discuss scientific and practical issues such as, problems in the transportation of goods through different transportation methods. Taking into consideration the achievements of 4th Industrial Revolution, the introduction of digital technologies and digital economy could tackle the problem.

April 1, 2026 - Authors submit full papers to EasyAbs.
April 30, 2026 – Submitted papers undergo peer review. The Program Committee will inform authors on acceptance/rejection of papers. Participants who require a visa must contact the Organizing Committee to get an official invitation after confirmation of paper acceptance.
May 5, 2026 – Authors must pay the Conference fee after confirmation of paper acceptance and e-mail a scanned copy of the payment receipt to [email protected]
May 10, 2026 – Authors must provide the information on their arrival/departure by e-mailing their air ticket information and a scanned copy of passport to [email protected]
Submission of Papers
Papers should be prepared by pasting the content into the official template file and using the Springer Proceedings Macros built into the template. Since Microsoft Word may block the template file, first unblock it in the file properties if needed. Detailed explanations are provided in the instructions.
Authors are invited to submit their full papers via the EasyABS conference management system's link: https://easyabs.linguistlist.org/conference/PLMO2026/
For review, authors should submit a full paper in English only, in DOCM format, 12–15 pages in length, formatted in Springer style and containing the following sections:
• abstract (150–250 words)
• keywords (5–10 words and phrases)
• introduction
• problem statement
• main body
• conclusion
• acknowledgements (if necessary)
• references
Accepted papers must be personally presented by the authors at the conference as an oral or poster presentation. The presentation format (oral or poster) will be determined based on the recommendations of three independent reviewers. Only those papers will be included in the conference proceedings that are presented by speakers in the conference sessions and whose results are approved by the conference participants. Foreign participants may take part online. In-person participation is mandatory for citizens of Azerbaijan.
Proceedings will be published by Springer in the Advances in Computer Science Applications and Research (ACSAR) series (Springer approval was received on January 16, 2026). The selection of papers for these publications will be made by the Conference Program Committee on the basis of reviews by three independent reviewers, using the EasyABS software system.

ATTENTION: Papers shorter than 12 pages or not formatted according to the splnproc2510.docm template will be included in the Conference Program if they receive positive reviews. However, they will not be included in the Proceedings volume published by Springer. These papers will be published only on the conference website, and each paper will be assigned a DOI.
