| Abstract. The article lists the problems associated with the identification and representation of researchers and scientific institutions in international academic databases. These problems are mainly found in the profiles of researchers with the same or very similar names and surnames, as well as researchers whose names and surnames are translated into a foreign language in several variations. The solution of these issues will have a positive impact on the scientometrics performance of the researcher and scientific institution. |
