About the Conference
The East-West Transport Corridor is an integral part of the ancient Silk Road and an initiative that requires the development of new mechanisms for regional economic partnership. It stimulates the economic prosperity, cultural exchange and communication between of the member countries. Moreover, it serves as a tool to promote peace and create sustainable development.
Being an integral part of the “One Belt One Road” concept, the East-West Corridor is aimed at improving trade routes, transport and economic corridors and creating new trade routes. The East-West Corridor is also considered to be the shortest trade route that connects Europe and China.
The main goal of the 4th International Conference on Problems of Logistics, Management and Operation in the East-West Transport Corridor is to bring together researchers and relevant representatives from the public, private sector, universities and international organizations to discuss scientific and practical issues such as, problems in the transportation of goods through different transportation methods. Taking into consideration the achievements of 4th Industrial Revolution, the introduction of digital technologies and digital economy could tackle the problem.
We invite representatives of government, business, education and the scientific community to participate in the international scientific and practical conference!

Deadlines
Until February 20, 2025 – Authors submit abstracts to EasyAbs.
Until March 31, 2025 - Authors submit full papers to EasyAbs.
Until May 1, 2025 – Submitted papers undergo peer review. The Program Committee will inform authors on acceptance/rejection of papers. Participants who require a visa must contact the Organizing Committee to get an official invitation after confirmation of paper acceptance.
Until May 10, 2025 – Authors must pay the Conference fee after confirmation of paper acceptance and e-mail a scanned copy of the payment receipt to [email protected]
Until May 10, 2025 – Authors must provide the information on their arrival/departure by e-mailing their air ticket information and a scanned copy of passport to [email protected]
Submission of Abstracts
Submission of Papers
1) Papers must be in English and correspond to the topics of the conference.
2) Papers must contain original research information of scientific and/or practical value.
3) Papers (length of 3-5 full pages) must contain the following sections:
• abstract (100-200 words)
• keywords (5-10 words and phrases)
• introduction
• problem statement
• the main part
• conclusion
• acknowledgements (if necessary)
• references
4) A paper should be submitted by speaker through the EasyAbs conference management system.

It is planned to publish the proceedings in IEEE Xplore Digital Library (final approval pending). Papers of IEEE Xplore Digital Library are indexed in Scopus and WoS.
Please be advised of the following limits regarding paper inclusion in IEEE Xplore:
1. Single-author papers: An author may be listed on up to two papers that they have written alone.
2. Co-authored papers: If an author is listed on any co-authored papers, they may appear on a total of up to three papers (including both single-authored and co-authored).
In other words, no individual author may be associated with more than three papers in the Conference Program, whether as sole author or in collaboration.
ATTENTION:
1. Only those papers will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be presented by speakers at the conference sections and their results will be approved by the conference participants.
2. Foreign participants can participate in the conference online. Offline participation of Azerbaijani citizens is mandatory.

7. If the conference is granted IEEE technical sponsorship, a 50% discount will be given to all IEEE members (half the amount will be refunded if the fee has been paid in full). |
