About the Conference

The East-West Transport Corridor is an integral part of the ancient Silk Road and an initiative that requires the development of new mechanisms for regional economic partnership. It stimulates the economic prosperity, cultural exchange and communication between of the member countries. Moreover, it serves as a tool to promote peace and create sustainable development.

Being an integral part of the “One Belt One Road” concept, the East-West Corridor is aimed at improving trade routes, transport and economic corridors and creating new trade routes. The East-West Corridor is also considered to be the shortest trade route that connects Europe and China.

The main goal of the 2nd International Conference on Problems of Logistics, Management and Operation in the East-West Transport Corridor is to bring together researchers and relevant representatives from the public, private sector, universities and international organizations to discuss scientific and practical issues such as, problems in the transportation of goods through different transportation methods. Taking into consideration the achievements of 4th Industrial Revolution, the introduction of digital technologies and digital economy could tackle the problem.

We invite representatives of government, business, education and the scientific community to participate in the international scientific and practical conference!
The working languages of the conference: English, Azerbaijani, Russian.

This event is organized in collaboration between the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE)

Deadlines

until May 1, 2023 – Participants register for the Conference.
until May 1, 2023 – Authors submit full papers to [email protected]
until May 10, 2023 – Submitted papers undergo peer review. The Program Committee will inform authors on acceptance/rejection of papers. Participants who require a visa must contact the Organizing Committee to get an official invitation after confirmation of paper acceptance.
until May 12, 2023 – Authors must pay the Conference fee after confirmation of paper acceptance and e-mail a scanned copy of the payment receipt to [email protected]
until May 12, 2023 – Authors must provide the information on their arrival/departure by e-mailing their air ticket information and a scanned copy of passport to [email protected]

VISA

All conference participants who need a visa to enter Azerbaijan are to apply for a single-entry e-visa valid for 30 days via the ASAN Visa portal online at least 3 working days before their planned date of arrival in the country.

Conference papers

Conference papers (length of up to 10 pages) will be published in a volume of the Proceedings of the Conference Please, follow the requirements and use the template to type your paper (you can download these files from the conference website).

Each Paper will be assigned a DOI after review and the conference proceedings will be uploaded to the conference website with subsequent placement in the WoS databases.
Selected full-length articles on the presentations will be recommended for publication in the following journals by the editorial board of the conference:

■ Informatics and Control Problems

Submission

PAPER FORMATTING GUIDELINES:

1) Papers must be in English and correspond to the topics of the conference.

2) Papers must contain original research information of scientific and/or practical value.

3) The papers are submitted on 3 to 10 full pages (including References). Exceeding this limit is possible only with the approval of the Organizing Committee.

4) Papers must be sent from the speaker's email to [email protected]
